GINGERBREAD girls * OOAK BASKET

This ONE OF A KIND hand painted basket is $30 plus shipping. The size is 17 1/4" wide (not including handles) x 6 1/4" deep x 5 1/4" high. I have crackled the background on the wooden piece attached to the front and painted 5 gingerbread girls on it. I added some snacks for the picture so you could see one use for it...the snacks aren't included...lol. EMAILS: I have been getting some emails lately with attachments from people I don't know so I thought I should put a note here. If you are trying to email me about my items please do not add icons, attachments, etc. as I do not open those from people I don't know. Just wanted to note that in case anyone just thought I wasn't emailing them back on purpose. You just never know about virsuses and all on attachments and I'm not taking any chances....hope you understand.

PATTERN UPDATE: I am finishing up my Gabby Ann tonight so I'll have her picture added tomorrow and should have her pattern ready tomorrow or Thursday. Hopefully I'll have a couple others too but will have to see what all I can finish up.

new PAINTED Annie items

Lots of new painted items done and more to come soon as I need to make room in my craft room so I can work in here more. Here are some of the new Annie items. I hope to get some individual photos done tomorrow and post them along with price. If you're interested in anythings just let me know. The items include a metal container (holding a set of hand drawn notecards/envelopes, a travel tissue with cover, a small legal pad decorated and candy), an 8 x10 canvas with Annie holding her chicken (suitable to be displayed as is or would look great in a black frame), a glass jar (great for pencils/pens, utensils, candy, etc.), a night light, and photo albums (fit 100 4 x 6 photos)...I do have more of the photo albums that aren't pictured and they will be personalized in the area above Annie or to the side of her.

NEW PATTERNS UPDATE: I will have new doll patterns coming out soon. They are already sewn and stuffed...just waiting to be stained and finished. I hope to have the first one done over the weekend and will post any new updates on here as soon as I have anything done.

3 more new patterns this week and they are just adorable! I am running a special through Sunday 9-20-09...buy all 3 patterns and get $1 off each one. This will work for e-patters or mailed patterns. They will all be available by Friday at the latest. I am hoping for tomorrow but not positive on that so I will say Friday. All gals are a little over 12" tall. Honey Bear even comes with a pinafore template so you can do her with her dress only or add the pinafore too. E-pattern is $8 each and mailed pattern is $10 each. Here's a sneak peek at the new girls being listed on ebay tonight. If you're interested in buying them before I list they are $50 plus shipping for the big girls and the little one is $25 plus shipping. The large Annies are made from a Sweet Meadows Farm pattern and will each be ONE OF A KIND as I spent a lot of time on the detail of their faces and legs so each one will be different. There's a witch one coming later this week too with this same Sweet Meadows Farm pattern...she has orange pigtails...too cute. Large Annies are 18" and the little one is 11".

First day of middle school & UPDATES

Hi Everyone!

I hope you're all doing well. It's been a crazy summer and time hasn't seemed to allow a lot of creativity or catching up with friends emails. So if I haven't emailed you already I will be going through my list this week and if you don't hear from me please do email again as my mind isn't what it used to be...LOL! I am hoping to get back on things this week and catch up on some emails as well as show you some of my new patterns coming soon, new dolls and new Winter/Christmas tags.

Today was the first day of middle school for Savannah and I took her picture as I always do the first morning. I just thought I'd share it with you all. I am very anxious to pick her up in a couple hours and see how her first day went. Keeping my fingers crossed that it all went well. Savannah had all A's through elementary school and we're so proud of her for that. I hope she'll be able to keep up with that with 7 teachers this year instead of 1. Lots of changes and I'm not much on new changes but I think this is a good change for her and I think it will bring her lots of great things. We just have to get adjusted to it all and hopefully the new school is going to let me be involved like I was at her last school. I enjoyed helping out everyday and being able to know the people that are with her every day.

I have been so behind the past couple of months with everything but I was finally able to get my latest pattern started. The pattern will be available for shipping on Thursday. Hand painted EMBOSSED JARS

I have started with recycled embossed jars. Each jar has embossed markings, cups and oz around it. I have primed the lids and then painted onto them. The lid has been sealed well and should only be wiped with a cloth to clean...do not immerse it in water. The jar can be washed in water without the lid. I have tied a homespun bow around the top of the jar and added a tag.

Each jar measures 4 1/4" x 3 1/4". Shipping is by priority mail and is 3 lbs. Insurance is an additional $1.70.

Price for 1 set of 2 jars (either Raggedy set or Gingerbread set): $14.99 plus shipping. The Raggedy set is filled with potpourri and the Gingerbread set if filled with peppermints.
